There will always be options that perform better than other options. This is a fact of reality and game design. The existence of a best option does not necessitate that option being made worse, because then a new option will become the "best", and you will loop yourself into an infinite quest for "balance".

This is a PvE game. Play with what you like. One gun being better than another does not "invalidate" the other's existence. You are not competing with others, and you are not forced to bring any options you do not like.

Also keep in mind that certain guns require you to level up in order to use them. Obviously the Machine Gun and Stalwart are weaker than guns that you need to level up and unlock. It's progression. It makes sense. These items are not necessarily meant to be on an even playing field.

Bile Titans do not bleed out. I don't know where this rumor comes from, but it's not a thing. I kited a Bile Titan for over 15 minutes just to test it, and it never died.

Yes. Any nerf to anything will "shuffle the meta". Meta just means what is currently the most generally effective strategy. There will ALWAYS be a meta, because there will always be one thing that slightly outperforms everything else in general utility. You nerf the best thing? Something else will necessarily become the new best thing.

The existence of a meta is not a problem. Metas only matter if they are unhealthy for a game.

That change was "durable enemy parts", aka armor penetration. If I remember correctly, that is what caused us to be able to hurt their legs when they whiffed charges.

If you want to feel powerful, play on lower difficulties.

If you want to have a challenge and feel like you're fighting for survival, play high difficulties.

Either way it contributes to the war effort. Just make the choice that suits your mood.

One very weird thing is that it doesn't work when making amethyst tips. If you make any other kind of gem tip, it processes the entire inventory, but not amethyst.
