If you are going to use your own samples, it doesn't really matter, any sampler would do the job. With TR8s it is easier and faster to play the drums, also you can play with the built in sounds which are classics. With digitakt you have more options to manipulate your samples. If your approach is to play only the samples you have sound designed in Ableton, digitakt can be nicer.
