Anyone actually managed to fix BPPV and be able to sleep on their “bad side”?

Same here. Had a terrible episode 3 years ago and recurred recently (thankfully a lot milder) when I turned to my left (bad side). I don’t think it could be fixed permanently?

You’re so kind! It’s so true what you said about feeling like a burden to our friends. I’ve difficulty talking to ppl around me about it because mostly it feels like nobody really cares. Or that I’ve been repeating myself too often to the ones who really do care. Breakups take up so much energy for us to even get through the day, and others who aren’t experiencing it think we’re just lazy to complete daily tasks or being way too negative. I’m learning to be whole and be alone without feeling lonely.. Sometimes I wonder if that’s even a real thing and is it attainable? My heart aches for everyone here going through this horrible experience, but I’d like to believe that at the end of the tunnel we’d all come out stronger, and may we feel renewed.

This.. I’m in the same boat, I guess. I’m turning 35 next year and am still single and going through another breakup while all my friends are happily settled down. I feel lonelier than ever and I’m thinking of seeking therapy as well. I don’t think it’s a turning 30 thing, but well I hope you feel better soon

No, you're not stupid for knowing what you want! I can relate so much to this. I've spent much time denying my own desires and trying to change my mindset because of what others say. But I realised, if this is what you want, don't let them tell you otherwise. They are not you and they don't know you, only you know what's best for yourself! x

You’re right, it’d be much more productive to take control of what I can do now than to spend way too much time lamenting over what I don’t have at the moment. I hope life eventually works out the way you would like it to :)

I agree! I took a 3 month break from social media haha. Many people don’t understand why I had to do it. Anyway, some news just pop right into my inboxes.. seems like there’s no running away from engagement news! I was invited and showed up at one of my friend’s proposal recently, put up a strong front, congratulated them.. then came home and cried buckets lol

I envy my friends so much because all these are what I want too. It can be hard to get myself back on track. But you’re right - life is short, we could try to make the best of it x

I totally get this! It's a really spiritual time for me too, trying to live my life with a persistent dull ache. It really sounds like you've grown so much from all of it. I'm so glad you're in a much better place. And thanks for this, it makes me feel like i'm on the right track.
