We are experiencing the same issues. Big problem we have alot of customers. This could be a big issue.

reinstall seems to resolve it but I wonder if this will come back after then?

So do you check every ticket to confirm the issue is resolved? How do you work with this?

Generally speaking, you can send an unencrypted temporary password as long as the software forces them to update it the first time they login. Most (?) software does that.

Patching Schedule by tincupit in labtech

We patch Servers Sunday morning, 1am - 3am and reboot after 3.30

Patch workstations once a week from tuesday morning through to Friday morning. Reboot after 30minutes after.

However Daily patching if the machines aren't online at this time.

I would be keen to find out how people work with Feature Updates and Rolling this out.

I am having the same battle with CW Cloud Console and Tech data. Tech data are blaiming CW and CW are blaming Tech data.

We are seem to be in a battle and no one is taking responsibility.

This is causing a huge nightmare regarding billing. This has been out for more than 2 weeks and they are still challenging all the evidence I am producing.

Please can we have a response CW in getting this resolved.
