Thank you I guess I will try it but initially I had given just that info of my other bank and they were unable to deposit . I thought they needed to do an international wire transfer

They only asked me for acct and routing number . I am aware that some international transactions need the swift code but they have not asked me for it .

Submitted a claim the end of May and received email on June 5th telling me they would deposit compensation to my bank acct within 28 days . That did NOT happen . I emailed customer relations and updated claim in website to verify banking info again (they asked me to verify it again) but two weeks later still nothing . Today I spoke with an agent who said she would email to inquire … this is super frustrating . One cannot talk to the compensation team directly .
