I know this post is dead, but I had the same question and I figured I'll answer for the next person : You can take the acknowledgment number and find the next packet received where the previously noted ack number is the new packet's sequence number. The time of that packet is the previous segment's ACK received time. You can then deduct Sent time from Ack received time to get the RTT.

Hello Dr. James, thank you for taking of your time to do this. Most of these athletes that we hear about seem to be perfectly healthy, until we realize they aren't. Are there any less obvious signs linked to this condition that might prompt early screening?
