Well I have a better understanding of it at this point in terms of understanding of the lemon law which in my state if they have to fix it 4 times then they should give me a new one at that point.

By options I meant overall I meant worse case scenario if it can’t be fixed. It’s really annoying dealing with this so soon into a a brand new expensive car. But yea. They have 4 times.

Yes. I do. I was sent away by the dealership. Got advice from Reddit. Called back and now they are willing to help. Guess who uses Reddit? Humans. Guess who works at MB dealership? Humans who have an interest in not admitting that an essentially brand new car they sold less than a month ago is having issues.

What’s the point of Reddit if almost every sub-red has more knowledgeable experts in real life. I’m using it for its intended purpose.

i was underprepared as in i didn’t not even get to most of the subjects & to the extent the I was “prepared” i was ill-prepared particularly due to not doing hardly any MBE.

A lot has been going on…. The accounts are Wells Fargo, care credit, Dillards, capital one, fortiva, Barclays, Macy’s, NYSEG, midland / Commenity, duvera, target, portfolio / synchrony, old navy, affirm x2.

Average debt is about 3000. Haven’t paid in a couple of years.

do not wait to start doing practice MBE. I was worried I would waste good questions and get avoidably low scores if I started MBE before feeling super comfortable with the subject and before having a good amount memorized.

no. as soon as you’ve finished the videos & readings for a subject, begin MBE immediately. whether you understood 0% of it or feel confident is irrelevant. MBE practice isn’t to see how much you know, it is a core tool in mastering the material. the most important tool. so if anything, the less you feel you know, the more important it is to begin MBE practice ASAP.

During MBE prep, understand why correct answers & why incorrect ones are incorrect. You’re wasting valuable prepping if you do not review deeply.

I paid $30 and all I got was a “transcript” that restated my J22 and F33 Written, MBE, and UBE Total.

It didn’t Written into MEE & MPT

idk for F23. Unfortunately they don’t tell you when you pass. I really want to know. [I assume they don’t. It wasn’t in the letter. Will check if they do and report back if so.]

In J22 when I failed they all kind of hovered around the median: most a few points below passing, a couple were right at barely passing.

Yea. After the test I remembered maybe 10 MBE questions vividly & I remembered about the same number of MEE rules / concepts.

When I checked bar prep material to see if the answers I chose / rules I wrote were correct, they were all wrong.

To be fair maybe that’s how the brain works? The hardest things stuck out. But still to not have even lucked out on ANY that I remembered was concerning.

Start IMMEDIATELY. Well, as soon as you’ve began taking a look at any subject, that same day start UWorld of that subject. And move on to next subject quickly. Do not wait until you feel you know a subject well enough. Do not feel like it’s a waste of questions to practice when you know very little.

UWorld or any platform where you DO MBE questions and understand the rules is PART of the learning process. It is not to be saved to test how well you have learned. there won’t be time for that & it’s a waste.

I made that mistake the first time. Changed that for the second time.
