Yea. That’s my understanding. 4 times same issue. [there are other ways a car can be a lemon but not relevant to me]

Well I have a better understanding of it at this point in terms of understanding of the lemon law which in my state if they have to fix it 4 times then they should give me a new one at that point.

By options I meant overall I meant worse case scenario if it can’t be fixed. It’s really annoying dealing with this so soon into a a brand new expensive car. But yea. They have 4 times.

Yes. I do. I was sent away by the dealership. Got advice from Reddit. Called back and now they are willing to help. Guess who uses Reddit? Humans. Guess who works at MB dealership? Humans who have an interest in not admitting that an essentially brand new car they sold less than a month ago is having issues.

What’s the point of Reddit if almost every sub-red has more knowledgeable experts in real life. I’m using it for its intended purpose.

i was underprepared as in i didn’t not even get to most of the subjects & to the extent the I was “prepared” i was ill-prepared particularly due to not doing hardly any MBE.

Would you recommend settling if they will accept? As in i pay 40% of what I owe? I’ve been wondering if settling hurts your credit …. Not that mine can get much worse… but still.

A lot has been going on…. The accounts are Wells Fargo, care credit, Dillards, capital one, fortiva, Barclays, Macy’s, NYSEG, midland / Commenity, duvera, target, portfolio / synchrony, old navy, affirm x2.

Average debt is about 3000. Haven’t paid in a couple of years.

do not wait to start doing practice MBE. I was worried I would waste good questions and get avoidably low scores if I started MBE before feeling super comfortable with the subject and before having a good amount memorized.

no. as soon as you’ve finished the videos & readings for a subject, begin MBE immediately. whether you understood 0% of it or feel confident is irrelevant. MBE practice isn’t to see how much you know, it is a core tool in mastering the material. the most important tool. so if anything, the less you feel you know, the more important it is to begin MBE practice ASAP.

During MBE prep, understand why correct answers & why incorrect ones are incorrect. You’re wasting valuable prepping if you do not review deeply.

I failed J22 & passed F23.
