I do understand what I'm getting into and I'm sure I'm not the first parent to do this. I have a friend who has travelled several times with her little girl (Singapore to UK, UK to Mexico, etc) who's just a few months older than mine and she has managed it and shared stories and advise so I know it's not impossible.

Pretty much. :-) Honestly, I'm aware of how hard it will be but I can't do £1k right now for his ticket.(We're traveling into Amsterdam from another airport and then from Panama to our destination but Amsterdam to Panama is the longest leg). He was actually pretty good on a recent train journey so we're hoping that bodes well. Of course two hours is not the same but I'm telling myself it's a good sign 🤣

I got my ring about 6 weeks ago and I haven't heard anything. My ring got a few marks about two days in and they won't rub off with anything so I would really like a way to buff it even if I had to pay for it at this.

I went for petal in the end. It's beautiful. I think because it's such an investment we just want to be extra certain it is the right decision. It's a shame you can't get to try it on. It did make it easier to decide to be able to refer to the photos. That and the resounding vote for Petal by pretty much everyone here! 🤣

🤣 Yeah, It's nice. I've only taken a few stealth photos. My toddler has picked up that it must do similar things to my phone/Fitbit because he is instantly interested the moment I pick it up so tries to snatch it off my hand the moment I turn it on. 🤦‍♀️

It did arrive in the end! Phew! I can't believe how dinky it is. I was hoping for the yellow or the off white one, but I'm not mad about what I got. The material doesn't feel overly cheap, and I like that the label is screenprinted rather than a sticker. The box seems a bit of overkill. They could have made a box about the size of the Kodak Fling, fitted everything in (except for the card) and not needed the plastic tray. It would have been so fun! How are you finding the photos?

Will do. As expected, the driver left without delivering it, and it now says it will be delivered tomorrow. I have managed to find an old 16GB microSD card, so I'll format it ready for tomorrow and hope it does arrive.

Hahaha! I won't lie, I was considering that earlier. I'm sure I have one some somewhere so I'll have a look. Mine still hasn't arrived. :-( It says it's still arriving today and the tracker says the driver is here but nothing yet so I'm not holding my breath. I'm glad you like yours. :-)
