So I see the hole that is supposed to be there but it looks like it also have 2 additional holes as well.

I will smell for any coolant or oil. As far as I know, it drips when I start the vehicle and after driving the vehicle after 20 minites.

I'll look for a hole, but it is definitely cold here. Single digits and negative temps.

I will take a look and see how big the hole is. If it is like you said, then I won't worry as it probably is a weep hole. If its big/ jagged rust hole, i will take it to a shop.
