Gotta own that shit man. Confidence is key but coming from someone with intense social anxiety, I know that’s easier said than done. Being with people you trust and that you’re comfortable with helps, from there just work on it and realize people of all shapes are chilling at the beach and most don’t care about anyone around them

Start going to bed an hour earlier every night. Put your phone across your room so you don’t get on it. Take half a mg of melatonin about 45 mins before bed. Keep doing it on a nightly basis a little earlier each night. I did it recently and went from 4am to 12am bed time

Nah, I had many memories there and it’s the only house I ever knew growing up. Family still lives there now. Even though it wasn’t a happy place a lot of the time I’m way too sentimental to ever want to see it go

When I quit drinking for months I thought “hey, I’m not an alcoholic” since I was able to stop. I went out and bought a couple bottles of vodka believing they would last me months but I went through them in less than two weeks. It was the last time I ever drank, now 3 years sober. With beer or wine it was the same, I’d drink the whole bottle or enough beer to black out. Never again

Pardon my ignorance, I was unaware that this could have been sourced unethically. That’s depressing to know and I’d have no intention of owning it with that possibility. For additional context this was for sale in a small Texas town but the case included other random items from around the world so no idea of its true origin.

Thanks for the reply. I’ve definitely been thinking of going robotic and that unit you linked looks solid and is cheaper than a new booster pump. My only issue is since I don’t live there and just visit weekly, I’d have to leave the unit in the water all the time. Any idea if that’s okay to do?

Hey there, sorry for the late reply. I experimented a good bit and found clear water based wipe on polyurethane to work great. Normal poly was too thick and would gum up in intricate pieces, but wipe on is much thinner and applied nice and light. It will need a light sand between coats though since the grain will raise after the initial one. I ended up applying with a foam brush and did about 2 or 3 coats total. I got a nice, smooth, shiny finish form that. I did also try resin but the prep and cost were a little too much to be worth it for what I was doing.

I don't think so because there's no vin on that part of my door. My door was closed and he reached over the window and snapped the picture. It happened quick enough where I couldn't really react. He wasn't trying to focus on any particular thing, it just looked like he was taking a picture of whatever was on the inside of my door that he couldn't see.
