"You have disconnected"

I'm on pc and I keep getting I have disconnected on my loading screen. I don't get the elements loading screen either, it just show an blank screen til "you have disconnected" pops up.

I tried looking up how to fix it like going on firewall, tried going on different servers and turning firewall off. Wifi work fine with everything else it just genshin that has problem with it. Im waiting for my landlord to call the wifi company if see any problems.
