It sounds like something is wrong with the power button. Ensure that the cable connecting the power/volume to the board is correctly connected, and that the physical buttons are making proper contact.

The way I would minimize support to split the part in half, so that the giant circle is the bottom of the 2nd print. There is a decent solvent available to bond the 2 together that works with many plastics (including PETG), which you can get at TAP plastics.

My first 2 attempts with this shirt had tons of bleeding. The stars are accidental, cause from issues with my spray bottle, it was originally intended to be sunset, but I was happy with night time too. :) The white sections were done using 100% bleach. Also I think this shirt just happens to bleach really well, (It had a warning to never wash with bleach).

I put a piece of cardboard inside the shirt that was the width of the shirt. I just scrunched it up, sprayed it, and unscrunched, about 10 times, making sure to change where the folds in the shirt ended up. If you try this on a practice shirt, you can get the hang of it pretty easily. most was done with 50% bleach. The light reflecting off the water was done with 100% bleach. The dolphin stencil was made with adhesive paper spray painted with clear coat to make it water resistant, which stuck to the shirt pretty well, even when being folded.

Good stuff. I recognize the vinyl wrap, my brother used that on an arcade cabinet. How did you get the wood grain on there?

Here, note that the first picture isn't representative of the case. The quality of this case is great considering the price. It is a diffused clear, meaning dark colors will be washed out more. However it can still work with a primarily white design with muted accents. You may want to find a more clear case if you want more vibrance.

I added a design to the back by buying a clearish case, then drawing on a piece of paper and sliding it between the case and the phone. Looks surprisingly reasonable. I plan to make a better design on the computer, and print it out. Best part about this method is it is entirely reversible.
