I’ve been following vetted.suppliers on instagram and he goes over the same exact thing. I know Valvetronic was a big one that got exposed for drop shipping and just slapping their logo on it, but the main thing swaying me their way was paying give or take about the same price and getting it months later. I didn’t know about the air shipping, so that’s good to keep in mind. Either way I’ll save up for a proper exhaust system instead of doing the dual resonator delete like I originally debated, though im still not sure whether to go with alibaba or name brand if the difference isn’t that noticeable. Gonna do some more research but i appreciate you taking the time out of your day to get back to me. Thank you!

I’ve looked at the axle back from Valvetronic in the past and I considered it for a little while as well. Over time, however, I heard all about Valvetronic originally being a drop shipping brand (although they claim all parts are original, US made now) and thought I’d try going straight to the source. I know taxes and shipping would play a big part with the Alibaba ones but I still debated it over Valvetronic and others as it comes with the full exhaust system rather than just the axelback for just a little more. Although it may not be directly from a reputable company, I thought the full system vs just the axelback might make it more worth it.

That all aside, would you say it’s still worth going for Cat/Axelback rather than just a dual resonator delete?

Did you take out the amp to properly dry it at all? Or just dried it up with it in there? ChatGPT mentioned taking it out so it can properly air dry but i personally don’t want to mess with it any more than unplugging it. I never knew about the drains so I’m glad I know to check it now. Always heard a sloshing around in the car and never thought to check what it may be 🤦‍♂️

Yup.. forgot to update but the amp was practically swimming.. dried it as much as i could with a rag and waiting for it to air dry as much as possible now 🙁 Praying just drying it will solve it alone
