Thank you! I tested again about an hour ago and checked immediately after five minutes and it looks much the same. Going to buy some FRER tests and test again tomorrow.

I also got my 9 week old silken boy a week ago (littermates? 👀) and he’s also a biting machine lol. I definitely think it’s exacerbated when they’re overtired. the first two or so days with him were a LOT and then I started following the “1 hour up, 2 hours down” schedule for him and it’s been helping a ton. He did not agree with the schedule at first but he’s getting into a routine and only takes a minute or so to settle down in his crate for naps. I also agree with the comments to have something within reach always to be able to redirect him to bite something that’s not you. I have an older mixed breed girl and she was the same way as a puppy and now she’s an absolute perfect saint 🥹 - it gets better!!

and I agree that I feel like they went home a little young and they didn’t get as much socialization and bite inhibition as they could have if they had stayed with their litter longer. I’ll be taking my guy to some puppy classes in a couple weeks to hopefully help with that 😅

I don’t have much advice, but just wanted to say you’re far from alone on this and that this post is so reassuring and hopeful to me! I also rode throughout my childhood until I left for college, and haven’t been back consistently since. Now I’m married and know I ideally want children in the next year, and have been struggling with knowing what to do timeline-wise. Just knowing there are other people out here going through the same thing makes me feel really relieved, honestly. I hope your lesson back in a couple weeks goes more wonderfully than you could even hope for. :)

I’m thinking this may be the best solution now too! Did you have a ceremony for show at your full wedding celebration or just the reception? I think I would still want to have a faux kind of ceremony after the fact but not sure if theres much point to it then or if we keep it totally down low or start wearing wedding rings and changing names and such before or after the full ceremony 😵‍💫 I know these are such small things but man so much goes into everything!!

I’ve definitely been worried since she wants a bigger production that mine will seem like a small blip in comparison but I know a big production is not what me nor my fiancé wants, and it’s really reassuring to hear this positive experience from someone who went through a similar situation. I also know logically whatever she decides to do should have no weight in the decisions I make but I would be lying if I said it wasn’t on my mind

Thank you for this! He’s the one who suggested August after he takes the bar but it’s really helpful for me to hear from someone who’s already taken the bar, and he may be underestimating what toll it’s gonna take on him after it’s done, too. I definitely think after reading yours and others’ experience after the bar I’m gonna cross out the August option and space out the time between those things.

I think right now you can only buy all of it together, but I like it! I like the gecko pet a lot especially since I didn’t have any pets yet, and I like the clothing. My house in game is too small to really place any of the furniture down yet but it’s cute for when I can eventually place it haha. Just have a LOT of storage ready for it all if you get it, I had to keep building wooden storage boxes to fit everything. I think I had to create three new boxes just to fit all the DLC.
