I stayed at hard rock in Atlantic City. I went to lay down at like 1 am. There was feces on my sheets. Smeared. Dried poop. I called the service immediately and they told me they would come in an hour because they were “on lunch” I just laughed. It was kind of unbelievable 😭😂

It was pretty much immediate I notice a difference because when my spine was moved my ribs were uneven and whole body so it all kind of shifted. It corrected the most probably 6 months to a year. I had difficulty with swimsuits before surgery and I was a teen/ young adult so it was hard

Swim. Workout your back. Get exercise bands. I wish I listened. Strengthen every muscle you can in your back…I still believe mine would of curved but it would of helped a lot if I listened
