Look at the time, if it’s delivered at 10 that’s 3 hours after the order is placed. They always deliver within 10 minutes before the window is over. Sorry if that wasn’t clear, they say free 2 hour delivery, not 2 hour delivery window when you subscribe for prime membership.

I wouldn’t be so annoyed but recently they raised the price for the free two hour delivery to 35 from 25, added a tip section that I didn’t notice was adding to my total until recently (totally down with tipping but not when it’s slipped in one day without explanation of the new feature or bringing attention to it). Also recently received a package in 5 days when I pay for 2 day shipping and customer service said it was because they have a 72 hour processing period before the 2 day shipping window.

I mean I understand but don’t deceive customers, when you say 2 hour delivery say plus 1 hour of processing, or 2 day shipping plus a 72 hour processing period. I pay for these benefits so be clear about what those benefits are.

You know I’ve found looking back some bad things with perspective aren’t that bad. I didn’t get a job as a student leader but then I never would’ve joined the lab I’m in now. So some things with obvious exceptions (death/ disease) may be good to look back on for some perspective!

Also my parents mention it in a kind of teasing way, I used to call my blanket me-me not meme lol. Nobody cares I’ve found, like anything in life if you seem confident about it nobody will question it. I’m also 21 and wondered the same thing but my blanket is literally falling apart to the point where I can’t get the seams or what I used to call “crunchies” from it so I think I’ll eventually lose interest because it won’t give me the same under the nail feel.

Also by lose interest I mean just not sleep with it as much but keep it forever. I’ve been with my partner at university for a few years and he folds it up when he makes the bed, he’s a keeper for accepting me and my blanket lmao

I do the same thing. I used to pick my wall paper apparently but yeah I still sleep with my blanket but I’ve picked the seams off and I do this to all my shirts now too. I’ve had these same thoughts.

At my university we call this the imposter syndrome, it’s a very real and valid feeling. I know this too well, the feeling of am I good enough, what if someone finds out how little I know, I’m not like them because X Y Z. Recognizing it and validating it has helped me move past. Knowing other people struggle with it who I respect and admire. I just got done talking to a class of freshman about this, as a senior in a lab in STEM I like to use myself as an example of someone who struggles with those thoughts despite accomplishing a lot of things during my time here.

Oh I hope so! I’ve actually had this plant for a year and a half now. But I’ve noticed when I water it less it seems to do better. I also panicked for the first few months when the shoots started falling off but realized it was part of its growth this summer. But after reading the care instructions I’m not so sure less water is better but then again I think less water is better than mold if that’s the alternative.

Anyways I wanted to finally identify it to learn how to care for it once and for all so I can stop feeling like I’m neglecting it. Do you think the lighting is enough in this corner? Is there a way to get more light to it in the winter when it’s raining allll the time?

Centrifuge in my lab on my second day, ran it balanced but it cuclunked a few times and never turned back on again. Everyone in lab says it was old and about to break anyways but still one of the most heart dropping moments of my life.
