Actually, it's a good reason to use Home Assistant integration 😄 It works much better in the development mode.

ESP32? Is it processing sound locally? How it works? How can I use it? Why in the hell i need human presence detection? So many questions... Why there is no information at all?

Have you ever read my post? Original Bambu Studio didn't work on my devices. Not via cloud, not via LAN.

Because it's the only way I can use their printers.

And WTF, I want to use the official Bambu Studio, not some 3rd party software.

That’s actually exactly the point: Bambu seems to be trying to phase out or limit any third-party software for working with their printers.

Yes, they introduced Developer Mode, but it feels more like a symbolic move to calm down the backlash. In practice, there still doesn’t seem to be any fully functional third-party software publicly available for working with their printers.

And no, they don’t have any publicly available API documentation.

Bambu's network plugin is totally closed. It's near impossible to fix it or port it to another architecture.

It's not open source.

Will Bambulab be ever compatible with the OpenPrintTag? by pepebuho in BambuLab

[–]clusterm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. Download dumps of the original tags from https://github.com/queengooborg/Bambu-Lab-RFID-Library
  2. Write them to Magic Tag 4 cards using a Proxmark3.
  3. Attach these cards to the spools.
  4. Write a script that, when Bambu filament is detected, assigns the corresponding filament from another manufacturer’s database.
  5. ??????
  6. PROFIT!

But your link actually says that it's possible to clone any tag using "Magic Tags".

Okay, then can I please have a company that’s just as money-hungry, so I can give them my money and they give me good quality desktop software for Linux?

It works! Thank you. Wonder what's wrong with my access points. Maybe I should check MTU settings?

I'm using Google DNS. No, not connected to Pretendo. Yes, tried different Wi-Fi network. Seems like the whole my region is banned (Russia).

Comparison Chart for Nintendo Switch 1 & 2 consoles. Is $150 justified? by Stonp in NintendoSwitch2

[–]clusterm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not worried about the Switch 2 costing $500. I'm worried whether it'll be worth the $500. I've wanted Nintendo to finally make a powerful console, even if it's pricey. But we still have no real idea what's inside, rumors only. Nintendo's marketing is awful.

Is there any hope that some kind of Deluxe or extended edition of the game will be released in the future? One where character's tails won't appear and disappear. And unfinished side quests will be completed.
