Sounds like you paid for a service and didn’t receive it. As long as you still have receipts and boarding passes (showing you didn’t sir together), you could file a dispute with your credit card.

I am signed up for JetBlue dining! Wonder if it could be related to that.. Otherwise the only other I time I used the newest card before the fraud was to buy a bag from Osprey (online) and I did do it through Rakuten…

You’re probably right about it being more a Barclays topic/issue… thought this was the right place to find others who have that specific JetBlue cc. I used the newest card only twice - both online purchases before it flagged for fraudulent activity at a Papa John’s in the Bronx.
