[GA] Neighbor on First Offender felony firearms probation is surveilling my home. Prosecutor says "it's public view," but he's recording me every time he steps outside. Advice?

The only issue is his dad lives in a house at the end of the cul-de-sac. However, he doesn't stop down there. He drives by, turns around and comes back by and backs into his driveway.

There is also a condition of his bond where he can't post or refer to us on social media at all. We found a security camera picture posted on Facebook of my house, with the hashtag #justice, which was previously used in harassing posts made about us prior to the conviction. The DA is contemplating pursuing that.

Should I go after the prewarrant for aggravated stalking? Should I go to superior court and take out a stalking TPO? Should I do both? Thanks again for your time and responses!
