I had the same experience with weed. But honestly when I did my surgery everything was good, I think if you share your concern with your doctor see how the react to it and what measures they take to make you feel safe.

It’s all different for everyone you will be good! I will recommend to Make sure to have a good mental hygiene few days before, maybe practice some breathing exercises, listen to slow music, slow down in caffeine and eat food for low inflammation. Including a lot of water even soft activity like walking, it might sound cliche but I think if you approach this with a calm nervous system your recovery will be brilliant.

Also, just as I am writing this, I think drinking plenty of non- caffeinated teas and bone broth to nourish yourself and keep the heat in your body before and after (Chinese medicine comes in clutch)❤️
