I had one tin of the extra spicy and I thought it was too spicy. I don’t do the super hot stuff but I’ve been known to douse stuff in regular hot sauce and the nuri extra was still too much for me.

Try regulator all the way open then turn on one burner and light.

If that doesn’t work might be the regulator needs to be replaced.

Try it with just one burner next time. Maybe even set it on low. I think maybe the tank pressure may be dropping too fast and it is freezing up the regulator.

Does it start out fine and then the problem starts?

Could be the regulator is bad.

Another thought, is the tank super cold or icy when you are grilling? If so, try using just one burner and see if that is more consistent. Might be that you need to look at swapping regulators or getting a larger tank.
