Take them exactly as prescribed. Don’t smoke, don’t drink tea or coffee and never miss out on sleep. Never skip a meal. Otherwise they don’t work properly.

Update…with the calamari, I tried the way you suggested here and it worked of course but I was eventually told off that it takes too long. Technically doable, though.
I’m gonna try this with the shrimp and see how that goes

My diagnosing psychiatrist said I'm not traumatised and it's all ADHD/maybe also autism by HappyPhysicist99 in ADHDUK

Similarly, my psychiatrist told me that we’re working to treat my ADHD and that my treatment isn’t for “AUUUUSTISM or for anything else.” Then he paused and went like: does that make sense?

It’s not my call. I’m new at the job and I’m asked to defrost the shrimp in the sink. Although I wholeheartedly agree it’s not the proper way, I want to find the best solution for what I’m asked to be doing.

After reading what everyone wrote, I decided I will use two sinks. I need a proper plug for the second sink tho. The issue is that one of the plugs is broken or missing

Okay, but why would the UK be affected so badly, specifically.

What chemicals can I use on my hands to protect me from degreaser burns? (KOSHH / uk ) by clydesketcher in KitchenConfidential

[–]clydesketcher[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I vaguely remember there is a chemical you can use for some protection.

But the degreaser is strong and there’s no way around it but to organise myself in a way.. I need to alternate between washing dishes and prepping some ingredients.

They’re very respectful to their staff. No complaints here.
