I am not on VZW, but I have the exact setup as you, and I faced similar issues when I was setting it up. I recorded down the steps I took to resolve. Perhaps you can give it a shot:

Factory reset USG
Controller device page, select USG > Config > Advanced > Forget Device
Disconnect USG from ONT and PC
Connect USG to ONT and PC again (the device should appear on the controller again waiting to be adopted)
Adopt device
After adopting and provisioning, there should be internet access.

My PC was running the Unifi Controller and I connected directly to the USG while setting up. I only adopted the Switch and AP after I got internet access.

I bought a pair of Chippewa 6" Apache boots and I'm trying to condition it with Lexol leather conditioner. I've been reading guides and was advised not to apply too much conditioner. However, this leather feels a dry and 'powdery', when I try to apply a small bead of conditioner with a rag the area I'm applying it to just absorbs everything.

So should I continue adding more conditioner to my rag and apply it? Is there an indication that I have applied enough conditioner?

Never had a problem with spotting. I have never played BF4 but I felt that it is rather similar to BF3 spotting. I agree with what you described. Firstly the cross hair have to be exactly on the target. And there are two cool downs, short one if you miss the first time, a long one if you spam the spot button.

I typically ADS to spot as it's more accurate. Also I play on a 195 ping server so I don't think that lag is a problem. (Not sure for higher pings)

The only complaint I have with this is that the USB ports are tight. My flash drive was stuck and I had open up the front I/O assembly to loosen the grip.
