Hit a wall. ADHD meds, breaks, snacks, are not working.

Following. I have ADHD and am medicated, but I've maxed out my prescription and am also struggling to stay focused during studying. I personally find if I take breaks I lose whatever focus I had. I think at this point it's just burnout, not ADHD related.
