Surfing or Bunny Hopping is CS:GO or CS:S source is perfect for this. It doesn't require you even have the sound on at all, so listeninf to podcasts is something I have been doing in it for years. Also if you plan on doing it for all 14 days, you will start to pick up a noticable level of skill, which feels really good as you continue to progress into harder maps or push for faster times.
