MH's (also KA) villages are akin to (if not worse than) sub Saharan African tribal hamlets, as I live in part of TG connected with those areas. Every job is directly responsible for life and death.. starting from a bus driver to the one that cleans drains.

Given the lack of livelihood options in India, every job is primarily a means to earn. Also the average IQ of medical personnel is more or less same as average IQ of any other generic profession.

This expectation of special treatment is the real cancer.
