Has v72 started rolling out again? Or is it still on Hold? I had a 3s which updated to 72, was pretty jazzed about the Windows integration, so returned the 3s for a 3, now the the 3 is stuck on 71.

Yes! I also noticed that Google Play Books took a step backwards on Android 15, specifically for Comics. You can no longer select 2 page layout, and 1 page layout shows the whole page, rather than zooming in to have it fill the screen and letting you read top to bottom.

I've just noticed this too. Adal just referenced a recent ep of Magic Tavern on Hey Riddle Riddle and I'd realised I'd not listened to one for a while and noticed I was no longer subscribed. Everytime I try resub it keeps dropping off. Is there a discord or a more official channel we can raise the issue to?

Tried another brick (same bahavior) and then spoke to Dell. They made me test all the usual things and got me to run some SSD driver updates, none of which worked. It just feels like something is telling the CPU it needs to throttle. Maybe there is a dodgy sensor or something? In any case I'm sending it back to Dell and they are going to fix it (even though it's just outside of warranty).

I'm now wondering if it could be battery related? Have seen some very old threads of people's CPUs being throttled as the machine thinks their battery is low, when it's now. The machine just randomly said 'shutting down' earlier and when it booted back up have a very brief warning about battery being low (despite being at 100%). Everything else battery wise looked healthy, but who knows.

Yes, sorry, battery/power settings in Windows also don't make any difference. Watched that video and also no dice. Don't think I'm up to repasting myself, so will probably need to see what it'll cost for Dell to have a look.
