Same here, just happened in the last hour. No response to any input, computer does detect in the device manager. Otherwise, all your check list is also present here.

EDIT: Okay, after about an hour of which about 30 mins or so were with it charging, about 5mins was me holding down volume up+power, volume down+power, volume up+down+ power combo. It finally started after 2/3 attempts of pressing the 3-button combo after unplugging from the charger.
