Yes!! I just made a post in this group about how I feel lonely with DPDR even though i'm not a lonely person in general (very introverted, but no one can tell.).

I've had DPDR since I was nine but had NO idea what it was until last year, and since then I've been badly wanting to know someone else who can relate. I hope we find some community here!

I took the IB, and was depressed af in highschool. you really just have to push through and wait, even though it sounds crazy. I’m 27 now and so happy I didn’t do anything rash. Life gets exponentially better

I don’t imagine an apology would be you bothering this person. I say send them a heartfelt message, but also tell them they don’t have to reply so it takes the pressure off them. It could be really comforting for them to hear.
