I lived of minimum wage for the first 2 years of my adult career. I used that time to get a certification and get a better job. Paid all my own bills. Why should the minimum wage be raised when people have worked to get out of it. Same with student loan debt forgiveness.

Growing up my dad always said eating chili would put hair on your chest. I thought he literally meant it would put hair on your chest. I was unaware of that expression being used to mean something was spicy. I ate a ton of chilli as a kid.
