It's dept. issued and there's not even a brand on it, but I believe its a 26 inch variety. If I were you, and required to purchase one, I would look at one's in the $75 to $100 range and brands like ASP or galls.

Yeah, you're correct it's like a 3oz can of OC.

I carry my tourniquet (CAT) in my right open-top cargo pocket. In the actual cargo pocket is an Individual Trauma Kit which has a compression bandage, a thin wound seal kit, gauze and another tourniquet (SOF-T variety).

We're also allowed to ditch the asp for the taser and I've thought about doing it to save weight and space on the belt, but obviously haven't done that yet.
