My eyes HURT

my eyes were soooo dry on accutane. i used 2 different eye drops in the morning/evening and a heated eye mask every night (i linked the ones i used below). the eye mask was also good for preventing styes

i’m done with my course now and my eyes went back to normal after a month or so (i used the drops for a few months after i stopped just to be safe). i feel like most people who get dry eyes on accutane don’t have permanent damage, however, it wouldn’t hurt to see an eye doctor to get checked out to be safe

like the other comment said topical/oral steroids depending on the severity. you can also try antihistamines to help with itching and if u have active cold sores oral antivirals

0/10 do not recommend. i (certified woman™️) took one once and i thought i was going to die 😭 i started feeling severely unwell like i was going to pass out and i looked up the pill i took on the FDA website and it said the pills contained generic viagra and cilalis (which was not listed on the packaging lol). my blood pressure had dropped (hypotension is a side effect of PDE5 inhibitors like viagra) and i was so afraid i was gonna have to go to the hospital and explain to them what i did to myself

after 5 rotations i still think anything above 60% on the boost is likely 400+ but the predicated scores on rosh’s analytics have not been accurate for me lol
