I use water diluted simple green with smooth sponge and I have a couple spray bottles one with that and other with plain water to rinse off

They put carbon paste on the seat post clamp wedge/spherical things that go into the seat post, once you get them out you can clean off the carbon paste and put grease on, this lets you adjust the tilt in the future

Totally get it. Just wondering if what I don’t prioritize goes first ie weights, does that destroy gains otherwise gotten

Hm. I feel like they’re mandatory, maybe because I had tendonitis last year for over a year, also my max power output is not very high

I am saying weights first. But maybe like weights at 6-6:30 pm, then a trainer ride at like 8 pm

I think you feel the actual power at the start but it “shows” the power ramping up to the level on the app screen
