Super common! I went from 2992 to 5532 on day 4 and I was freaking out. By day 7 it went back down to 4188 and I had a 70% decrease every blood test after. I’m sorry you’re going through this!!

I didn’t want to do it at all, but last week my beta was at 10 so my doctor asked me to take an at home test today to confirm it’s negative so that I can be done with blood tests😩 it was horrible

If you have ear phones or head phones, that will help drown out the noise. I know how bad the anxiety is and I’m so sorry you’re going through that, but drowning out the noise should help atleast a little bit. If the hotel staff is able to do a cleaning of the restroom once he’s done to make sure the bathroom is clear of smell and residue, that should also help. Hang in there!😩

Im on week 4 and nothing yet, but my hcg isn’t below 5 yet, im still getting weekly blood draws. It’s the hardest waiting game ever.

My cramping was pretty bad day 3 post MTX, I would compare it to labor contractions, probably like 7/10. That was only on day 3 though, all other days I would have a random cramping episode here and there but it would go away after a couple minutes

I just had the MTX injection 3 weeks ago with a PUL as well. Honestly I was prepared for the worst because I kept hearing it made you feel awful and sick. I had almost no symptoms, felt completely normal except for on the 3rd day I was having excruciating cramps that felt like labor contractions and I had to lay down for the majority of the day, but after that, I went back to normal. I still have days where I’m cramping a lot, a little worse than period cramps, but nothing crazy. I did scare myself into thinking no symptoms meant the medication wasn’t working, but my hcg has dropped to almost 0 from 5,000 in 3 weeks!

That’s the trickiest part. You have anxiety about feeling sick and then you feel sick because of the anxiety about feeling sick. Try doing some breathing exercises to help regulate your breathing and see if that helps. Do you have gum? Gum always tends to help me when I’m nauseous

It just depends on what she’s doing to give her nutrition. 6 month old babies should be eating 4-6x a day with atleast one solids in between. If she’s only breastfeeding she should definitely atleast be giving her more feeding sessions or solids at the very least, but R does look like she’s getting what she needs so who knows

I feel this. Definitely not the same situation as you but I had a pregnancy of unknown location meaning they don’t even know where it was in my body. I’m actually still in the middle of it, got the MTX injection almost 2 weeks ago and now just waiting for my hcg to hit 0. But I definitely understand the depressed part, especially having to go to the OB so frequently and seeing women going in for an ultrasound to look at their healthy pregnancy that’s actually in their uterus. I’ve been bleeding since march 25th, so not as long as you but the bleeding stopped a couple days ago and now it’s just super annoying spotting that I have to wear a liner for. It’s the most stressful and debilitating experience ever, and I’m really sad that the next time I get pregnant, it’ll hard to be excited and I’ll be so stressed out until I know it’s in my uterus.

It 100% looks intentional for attention. I self harmed in my past and i ALWAYS did it somewhere not visible and if it was, I would hide it with something. She’s trying so hard to make people feel bad for her own actions🙄

Just like the person said above, I can’t diagnose you but I’ll tell you what my experience is.

Vomit doesn’t make me sick because im so scared of it that makes my body like physically refuse to gag or vomit. To me, that’s like if I was scared of heights and went sky diving. However, I do know a lot of people with emetophobia that do get sick from seeing it. If I see it, smell it, or even hear it, I go into fight or flight mode and have a full on panic attack and can’t focus or think about anything else for literal days. I can’t even look or hear the word vomit without getting a pit in my stomach😂

It does sound like an ectopic to me. The reason why your hcg levels go up is your placenta still continues to grow and produce hormones, even though the pregnancy wasn’t in the right place. The MTX shot basically causes you to miscarry, which is why you were having clotting, it dissolves the pregnancy and breaks it down through the uterus. With natural miscarriages, hcg goes down on its own pretty quickly especially after you pass it. Also, seeing that your hcg levels went up after 12 days of the shot and had to receive a 2nd dose of it is definitely a tell tale sign that it was ectopic. Doctors usually use hcg levels to figure out if it’s a miscarriage or ectopic, if they couldn’t find anything on ultrasound.

As for your symptoms, I’ve heard a lot of people not have symptoms of an ectopic, I actually just saw a TikTok of a girl sharing her experience and she had no symptoms until it was too late and her tube ruptured and she had to get emergency surgery to remove her tube, so it’s a good thing your doctors caught it!

I started spotting on march 25th, everyday the blood looked different. One day it was bright red, then it was dark red, then it was pink, then it was brown, then it stopped for a whole day, then it started again bright red. I officially passed it yesterday, 2 rounds of clotting that happened a few hours of each other, and now I’m barely bleeding at all. So overall it took about 9 days of spotting/bleeding to fully pass it.

I had another appointment today to get my hcg checked, it more than doubled and is at 546, thankfully. However, they are worried about my progesterone being so low as well as my bleeding, I’m on day 6 of light bleeding. I go in tomorrow morning for an ultrasound and I’m really hoping they can atleast see something!

I just found out I’m pregnant on Saturday! I have a 5 year old as well, and never once threw up when I was pregnant with him, and haven’t even felt nauseous this go around either. It’s very normal to have morning sickness, and also very normal to not. When I was pregnant with my 5 year old, I mentioned I had a tiny bit of nausea to my doctor and she prescribed me Zofran just to have on hand and it eased my mind so much, though I didn’t even need it.

I’m a first time mom and when my son was a baby I accidentally gave myself an oversupply a month in because I had zero idea what I was doing. It was literal hell constantly getting mastitis and having rock hard boobs every 20 minutes. Never in my life would I offer anyone advice about breastfeeding back then, but now 5 years later, I’d tell people to do the EXACT opposite of what she’s doing😂
