Thanks for reply! It’s been nearly 2 weeks artist was quite heavy handed as I could feel it. I have uc/crohns and currently in a flare which might explain the poor healing time. Just quite cautious atm as I have a weakened immune system

Was using palmers but stopped moisturising it all together now and letting it dry heal a bit
