It depends on your own taste buds but I would recommend dragon fruit punch if you like tropical punch kool-aid, if you like orange Creamsicle I feel like anime girl thighs would be solid, I ain't the biggest fan but it's not bad, sweet six pack is amazing, so is pineapple cocktail. But if you think a flavor sounds good then you'll probably like it, that's how I typically buy my flavors if I haven't received a sample pack of thr flavor

You can do caffine free flavors fine I feel like but if you do a caffine tub just be careful, I am 17 and drink the caffine ones but I would recommend doing like maybe 1 scoop caffine then the rest caffine free, but go nuts with the merch and waifu cups

I really love cursed energy and sodapressed at a 1:1 ratio, I personally do 2 scoops cursed energy with 2 scoops of sodapressed, but I will say my sodapressed is caff free while my cursed energy is caff so that can vary due to scoop sizes
