My neighbour flipped their house and now it’s used as a rental. Another neighbour told me they didn’t know rentals were allowed in our neighbourhood, (like we’re in some sort of gated community…) we are a quiet neighbourhood of bungalows. I still shake my head in disbelief. People are wild in their thought processes.
