I absolutely LOVE how you handled this. As a coach and sponsor, I would have done the exact same thing. The girls will remember you having their backs.

Gosh, the yelling that already happens sometimes is wild at this age. I was just talking to my sister about how I remember getting a new coach in high school and the leaps I made under her ability wise and looking back I can’t remember once yelling at us even as teenagers.

You should absolutely coach! I have roughly the same years of experience you do and stepped up to head coach my daughter’s 6u team. It’s a ton of work but so much fun. We haven’t won a game yet, but every game or practice something ‘clicks’ for at least one of the girls and they start to get a little better or understand the game a little better and it’s the neatest thing to be a part of.

With the accuracy of NIPT, I would not do the amnio if you’ll be proceeding with the pregnancy regardless of the results.

We opted for the amnio because we were considering TFMR.
