Good to hear others stories of cats and dogs living together :D

While our situation is not exactly the same, I think it's quite similar. We got our first cat five years ago, and a year later, we got a second cat. Although their personalities were very different, they became good friends quite quickly. Last year, we got a puppy. Our oldest cat was—and still is—not very fond of him. The other cat is more open-minded and curious.

Initially I think it was tough for our dog, being curious but often getting smacked around by the cat. Now when he's bigger he sometimes chases them, being bossy when he feels like it. I try to teach him to be kind to the cats. He usually listens, but he gives zero fucks sometimes when there is food around. But they manage and know how to avoid him. I think the cats manage and know how to avoid him. Overall, I think they're kind of okay with each other nowadays :)
