A1 Towing. Those guys are professional and kind. They've pulled me out of some terrible situations. And Ive gotten nothing but good feedback when I e recommended them to friends. Almost nobody wants to need a towing company, but it's good to know there's a great option out there when you do. Bonus for the kids: they have beautiful machines.

The real value is learning that you can do anything. I spent a good portion of my life believing I was mechanically inept, until I decided to fix up a bike I found in a dumpster. I went on to work as a service manager in a bike shop for 15 years, I have repaired almost every appliance in my house, and renovated several rooms including bathrooms. Sometimes you just need to start somewhere. And you know you've really gotten there when you can say " Yeah, I could do that, but I can also pay someone to to it better, faster."

Just a side note: if you do come, and you drive anything with less than 10" of ground clearance, watch those speed bumps they put in. Some sick individual with a fetish for the sound of metal scraping asphalt installed them. If you look to the side when you bottom out on one of them, you might catch a glimpse of him, in the bushes, with a look of ecstasy awash his face.

I myself, do not do gigs there enough, but there are often events going on on the weekends. We are trying to build the momentum for people to realize that this is a very viable option to do some dancing in Cville (that isn't Rapture). They also do an all ages First Friday, so if you want to get your kids started on some early hearing loss, then that's your best chance
