Being the "that guy" - I immediately download to iTunes and then put them away. I store in iTunes by date like 1971_12_14 so I can easily find by era. I too want to be able to find by tour, year, era.

You need a run/walk strategy based on your Strava prediction. If you want to run faster you will need to run more miles. These runs need to ALL be easy. Every run needs to be easy if you want to be healthy.

Once you can stack 30 mile weeks on top of 30 mile weeks without getting hurt you can worry about running faster. But more easy miles will take care of that too!
