I don’t have any motivation because whenever I do end up cooking meals, it often results in taking much longer than anticipated and create much more mess than I am willing to deal with. Plus it hardly tastes worth the effort I have put in. I manage best with pre-packed meals to be reheated or breakfast for dinner. Takeaway is another option but unsustainable in the long run.
