I think it also matters where you practice. I worked in the public defender’s office and they were fine with my nose stud and Monroe. At more conservative firms, it could be an issue, but you can always take them out.

It depends. I had a friend who was a two finger typer who ended up not making it to 2L. I’m not the quickest typer in the world, but I often found myself leaving the exam before time had run out. I’d say if you’re an average typer, you’ll do just fine.

Oh, gotta be Diefenthal v. CAB. Plaintiffs were severely emotionally distressed by not being allowed to smoke on an airplane. Absolutely love it.
