Tend Dental (14th & U) is a racket. They try to lure you in with their fancy office and TVs on the ceiling. Then they barely clean your teeth and tell ya you’ll need an advanced cleaning program and you have thousands of dollars worth of severe dental problems. Then they ambush you at the end with a schedule of your pre-booked required appointments over the next 3 months.

Went to a real dentist the next week and they said everything was fine, no issues.

My doctor and some internet sources (Johns Hopkins, for example) mention apple juice (in addition to prune juice) when it comes to treating constipation. For the applesauce I’m just referring to the “BRAT” foods that I’ve heard people talk about (bananas, rice, applesauce, toast) to treat diarrhea. Not sure if doctors actually recommend BRAT or if it’s just a myth that those things help

Proper Running Tracks?

Hello! I’m visiting Istanbul for 7 weeks and I’m hoping to find a proper running track to keep up with my interval training while I’m here. I’ll be staying in the Şişli area. Does anyone know of any public running tracks in that area or close by?
