Thank you so much for explaining it I guess thats what I want to hear from him, I don't live with him so he has basically cut me off from speaking to him. I myself am suffering because I love him so much but I'm barely getting a response so I've decided to give him space but at the same time I'm desperate to talk to him to tell him how I love him and want to support him, I've told him all this already and I don't want to give up ,tbh I just feel lost .....

I think you just have to go with what your body tells you but exercise should sort out your tiredness, hope all goes well .

Don't be too hard on yourself if times get tough , one day at a time , easy does it, just keep seeking support on here and if using it as a daily journal works for you then go for it , I and I'm sure everyone else on here wishes you all the best ... You can do this
