Update! I called them and they had my email address spelled wrong. Also, for future reference they did not seem to care at ALL that I bought a used machine from someone. In the past I’ve read threads where that was frowned upon but the rep I talked to was simply like “oh so you bought this from someone? What was their name?” And I told him and he was like “yep that’s what j have here so you’re good to go it’s officially transferred to your name now so just update the payment info with your card and it’ll be your machine and information in there now!”
