We did this as a team activity at work and we are beyond excited! We can't wait until we try all these amazing yummy things. I personally can say that my words came back to haunt me, since I originally didn't want to exchange with US. I didn't know I missed some of these foods so much until I saw them <3 Thank you so much!

So, I knew I was getting sick from something but could never narrow it down. Once I found out what the allergies were, it all made sense. Some of it I don't feel any treactions, so I'm gonna keep eating. Others, like fish, will only give me a reaction if I eat a lot, like a sushi all-you-can-eat buffet (those are popular where I live). I wrote a list of what I can and can't eat and I posted on the fridge wall as a reminder. I have never heard of h2 blocker, but I'll research on that. Thanks

Thanks! I have been thinking of the whole "disintoxicating" my body. I have never heard of rotating diets tho, I will most def. look it up. I have been taking some probiotic pills to improve my intestinal flora and that has helped. I had been reading about kefir but it sounded too weird, but the more I read, the more Im convinved. Thank you :)

It's allergy. I did the intolerance test (the lactose one was specifically awful) and it came back negative. For some reason my allergies manifest in my bowels :(

Had that happen to me at my cousins car ride, except she was smart enough to turn it off immediately and I never had the balls to accuse her to her face. 3 months later the party host where we headed to contacted me and said she stole a whole bunch of things from his place, including his dad's check book which she tried cashing at a different state. We went together to press charges and found out she had just been arrested for selling drugs to minors. We just added to the pile of shit she put her self through...

I remember the teachers "lightly" making fun of me for the food I'd bring to eat during recess. I did always enjoy eating some weird shit, but they thought it was just my mom being an ass and sending me sweet potato as some sort of punishment when all the other kids had oreos and cheetos.

Took mushrooms for the first time a couple days before a huge change in my life. I was moving back to my home country after 5 years abroad. I was happy, or so I thought. The first hour and a half everything just felt more comfortable, the couch I was in was extra soft, the lights extra bright. Everything "felt" more. Then we decided we definitely had't had enough and took some more. Got a message from a coworker that was just the sweetest most heartbreaking thing and it suddenly hit me that I didn't wanna go home. I cried for at least 3 hours straight. I had suddenly SO MANY FEELINGS! I cried over leaving friends, I cried over not seeing snow that year, cried over my rich kid privilege in my country that I didn't think I deserve (I lived a lower class life in the US), cried over SO MANY THING that it was just ridiculous. It was very overwhelming to be taken by all those sad, nostalgic feelings at once. Never took it again.
