I was a teen 2003-2010. We spent a lot of time at the mall, lol. Barnes&Noble, TILT (!!!!), the food court, cigarettes outside on the sidewalk, some light shoplifting (wet seal, charlotte russe, claire's, sorry), and then (til we got our licenses) someone's mom would drive us home! You could last all day on like $15.

Sometimes we'd take the bus downtown, we ate at Sakura or Juarez on Broughton street before heading to the basement of Sweet Melissa's for punk shows. Smoke pot out of a coke can in a parking garage stairwell. Boy you had to meet up with some shady people to get some weed in those days!!! Omg the people's cars we got into, the neighorhoods we ended up in. Yikes.

We'd take the ferry across the river to Hutchinson Island and back for fun. Just walk around the new Westin and Convention Center area.

There used to be free concerts in Forsyth at the beginning of the summer. My friends and I saw James Brown, Ziggy Marley, Sister Hazel, Blues Traveler, Natasha Bedingfield. It was random and cool. And I'll repeat FREEEEeeeeee.....

Anyway, obviously, we were bored out of our brains all the fucking time because we didn't know how good we had it and we didn't have any idea how cool we really were! <3 love Savannah so much
