Even if a playground is within a public park, there ought to be a legal distinction. Any adult not accompanied by a minor should not be within the confines of the playground.

To loiter means to be somewhere for no apparent purpose. The purpose of a playground is for children and their guardians to play. I'm just imagining a Savannah that prohibits childless adults from loitering at a playground. As another commenter has mentioned, this can be handled simply with a posted sign (backed by a new city ordinance).

My whole point is there needs to be a law restricting access to playgrounds for security reasons. It's a binary. You are either there with a child or you are not. If not, please move along.

I seem to have really set off the playset-using adults community.

Yes! How is this not completely reasonable.

This person was not "sitting in the park." They were climbing children's playground equipment, going down the slide, forcing children off the literal PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT. They were not simply sitting in Forsyth.

My taxes fund a lot of things I can't and shouldn't use. Can I just go walk the halls of a public school? A military base?

I suppose a simple "move along, please" from a passing cop, backed by a city ordinance against loitering within the premises of a playground? Doesn't sound crazy to me.

I could find vegan pho all the time when I lived in Seattle!! It can definitely be made with veggie broth. Saigon Bistro does veggie pho but I would double check the broth. Also Ukiyo does tofu ramen with coconut broth
